Welcome to M2T group @ IEMN
The M2T group develops new bio-microsystems (BioMEMS) to perform spectral and dynamic investigations in the teraHertz range (1 THz = 1012 Hz). The biological material is monitored inside microchannels while THz radiations are guided through coplanar waveguides (CPW) and/or micro/nanowires (Planar Goubau Lines, PGLs). The group is also involved in the development of new materials for microfabrication and surface engineering, essentially related to THz BioMEMS.
